SAP Concur
You can use the SAP Concur connector from the CData Sync application to capture data from SAP Concur and move it to any supported destination. To do so, you need to add the connector, authenticate to the connector, and complete your connection.
Add the SAP Concur Connector
To enable Sync to use data from SAP Concur, you first must add the connector, as follows:

Open the Connections page of the Sync dashboard.

Click Add Connection to open the Select Connectors page.

Click the Sources tab and locate the SAP Concur row.

Click the Configure Connection icon at the end of that row to open the New Connection page. If the Configure Connection icon is not available, click the Download Connector icon to install the SAP Concur connector. For more information about installing new connectors, see Connections.
Authenticate to SAP Concur
After you add the connector, you need to set the required properties.
On the New Connection page, enter the connection name of your choice.
CData Sync supports authenticating to SAP Concur in several ways. Select your authentication method below to proceed to the relevant section that contains the authentication details.
- OAuth (default)
- OAuth Password
- Company-Level Authentication
OAuth
To connect with OAuth custom credentials, specify the following properties:

Auth Scheme: Select OAuth.

OAuth Client Id: Enter the client Id that you were assigned when you registered your application with an OAuth authorization server.

OAuth Client Secret: Enter the client secret that you were assigned when you registered your application with an OAuth authorization server.
OAuth Password
To connect with the Password OAuth grant type, specify the following properties:

Auth Scheme – Select OAuthPassword.

User - Enter the username that you use to authenticate to your SAP Concuraccount.

Password - Enter the password that you use to authenticate to your SAP Concur account.

OAuth Client Id - Enter the client Id that you were assigned when you registered your application with an OAuth authorization server.

OAuth Client Secret - Enter the client secret that you were assigned when you registered your application with an OAuth authorization server.
Company-Level Authentication
To connect with company-level authentication, specify the following properties:

Auth Scheme – Select CompanyLevelAuth.

Company Id - Enter the unique identifier (Id for the cCompany.

Company Request Token - Enter the generated Company Request token. You can request a Company Request token by using the Company Request Token tool, if it is available. is available, you can use that. Otherwise, you must contact the SAP Concur support team to request a token.

OAuth Client Id - Enter the client Id that you were assigned when you registered your application with an OAuth authorization server.

OAuth Client Secret - Enter the client secret that you were assigned when you registered your application with an OAuth authorization server.
Complete Your Connection
To complete your connection:

Specify the following properties:

Region - Select the region where your server is located. Valid values are US, EU, and CN. The default region is US.

Concur Instance URL (optional) - Enter the URL for your server instance. The default URL is https://concursolutions.com.

Login Id (optional) - Enter your SAP Concur login Id.

User Id (optional) - Enter your SAP Concur unique identifier.

Use Sandbox - Set Use Sandbox to True if you want to connect to a sandbox account. Otherwise, leave the default setting (False).

Define advanced connection settings on the Advanced tab. (In most cases, though, you should not need these settings.)

If you authenticate with OAuth, click Connect to SAP Concur to connect to your SAP Concur account.

Click Create & Test to create your connection.
