Act! CRM
You can use the Act! CRM connector from the CData Sync application to capture data from Act! CRM and move it to any supported destination. To do so, you need to add the connector, authenticate to the connector, and complete your connection.
Add the Act! CRM Connector
To enable Sync to use data from Act! CRM, you first must add the connector, as follows:

Open the Connections page of the Sync dashboard.

Click Add Connection to open the Select Connectors page.

Click the Sources tab and locate the Act! CRM row.

Click the Configure Connection icon at the end of that row to open the New Connection page. If the Configure Connection icon is not available, click the Download Connector icon to install the Act! CRM connector. For more information about installing new connectors, see Connections.
Authenticate to Act! CRM
After you add the connector, you need to set the required properties.

Connection Name - Enter a connection name of your choice.

Act Database - Enter the name of the Act! CRM database to which you want to connect. To locate the name of the database, click the About Act! Premium item in the ? menu (top right of the window) in your Act! CRM account. When you click that item, a window that contains the database name is displayed.

URL - Enter the URL for Act! CRM (for example, http://ServerName/).

User - Enter the username that you use to authenticate to the Act! CRM account.

Password - Enter the password that you use to authenticate to the Act! CRM account.

Act Edition - Select your edition of Act! CRM.

Act CRM (default) - This selection specifies the standard Act! CRM edition.

Act Premium Cloud - When you select this edition, you must also specify the name for your Act! Premium Cloud account in the Act Cloud Name text box. You can locate the handle in the browser address field when you open your Act! Premium Cloud account online, as shown below:

Complete Your Connection
To complete your connection:

Define advanced connection settings on the Advanced tab. (In most cases, though, you should not need these settings.)

Click Create & Test to create your connection.
