The FTP and FTPS connection types use the Basic authentication scheme.

1. For the Basic scheme, specify these settings:

   • User - Enter the username that you use to authenticate to your FTP or FTPS server.

   • Password - Enter the password that you use to authenticate to your FTP or FTPS server.

2. Complete the remaining steps for establishing your connection.
