Acumatica

You can use the Acumatica connector from the CData Sync application to capture data from Acumatica and move it to any supported destination. To do so, you need to add the connector, authenticate to the connector, and complete your connection.

Establish a Connection

To allow Sync to use data from Acumatica, you first must establish a connection to Acumatica. Follow these steps to connect Acumatica to your Sync account:

  1. Open the Connections page of the Sync dashboard.

  2. Click Add Connection to open the Select Connectors page.

  3. Click the Sources tab and locate the Acumatica row.

  4. Click the Configure Connection icon at the end of that row. If you do not see the Configure Connection icon, you need to add the connector according to the instructions in Connections.

  5. Enter connection settings on the Settings tab:

    • Connection Name - Enter a connection name of your choice.

    • URL - Enter the base URL that you use to access your Acumatica account (for example, https://Domain.acumatica.com/entity/).

    • Auth Scheme - Select the authentication scheme. Basic is the default setting. For this setting, specify your login credentials:

      • User - Enter the username that you use to authenticate to the Acumatica server.

      • Password - Enter the password that you use to authenticate to the Acumatica server.

    • Schema - Select the schema that you want to use. The default schema is REST, which is the schema for the Acumatica REST contract-based API. For this schema, specify the following settings:

      • Endpoint Name - Enter the endpoint in Acumatica Web Service that you want to access. Endpoints are available in the Web Service Endpoints form in Acumatica ERP.

      • Endpoint Version - Enter the version of the Web Services endpoint. 17.200.001 is the default version.

    • Company - Specify your Acumatica company or tenant.

  6. Click Create & Test to create the connection.

  7. Define advanced connection settings on the Advanced tab. (In most cases, though, you should not need these settings.)
