Pipedrive
You can use the Pipedrive connector from the CData Sync application to capture data from Pipedrive and move it to any supported destination. To do so, you need to add the connector, authenticate to the connector, and complete your connection.
Establish a Connection
To allow Sync to use data from Pipedrive, you first must establish a connection to Pipedrive. Follow these steps to connect Pipedrive to your Sync account:
-
Open the Connections page of the Sync dashboard.
-
Click Add Connection to open the Select Connectors page.
-
Click the Sources tab and locate the Pipedrive row.
-
Click the Configure Connection icon at the end of that row. If you do not see the Configure Connection icon, you need to add the connector according to the instructions in Connections.
-
Enter connection settings on the Settings tab:
-
Connection Name - Enter a connection name of your choice.
-
Company Domain - Enter the company domain that you use to access your Pipedrive account.
-
Auth Scheme - Select the authentication scheme. The default setting is Basic. For this setting, you also need to specify the API token (in the API Token field) that you use to access your account.
To obtain your API token:
-
Click the account name (on the top right) in PipeDrive.
-
Select Company Settings > Personal Preferences -> API -> Generate Token.
-
-
Click Create & Test to create the connection.
-
Define advanced connection settings on the Advanced tab. (In most cases, though, you should not need these settings.)
