Key Features
- Added support for dbt core transformations.
- Added history mode as a new method of replication. This feature tracks the history of your data and how it changes over time.

CData Sync Application
Added
- The embedded web server that ships with the Cross-Platform Edition was updated to Jetty 10, which now requires Java 11.
- A notification shows whether the user is using Microsoft Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer end-of-life is June 15, 2022 and users should switch to a different browser.
- The Copy from existing Job feature now includes copying the advanced settings when you select that feature.
- Testing a connection from the Connection Settings page automatically creates a log file for review.
Changed
- An alert is displayed when you download and install a new connector. Sync automatically restarts after the downloading and installation complete.
- Alerts now appear consistently at the top of the page.
- SQLChangeTracking and OracleFlahsback were deprecated and moved into the Change Data Capture job type. Upgrading from previous versions automatically converts the job type.
- The Save Changes button on the Connection Settings page tests the connection automatically.
Source and Destination Connectors
Added
- The Amazon Marketplace connector now supports both the Marketplace and Selling Partner schemas in Sync.
- The Oracle destination now supports connecting to an Oracle Autonomous Database.
- Teradata is now supported as a destination.
Changed
- DateTime2 is now the default Timestamp data type when you replicate into SQL Server. This change affects only new tables. Existing tables still use the DateTime data type.
- The Workday connector now supports the WSQL API.
CData Sync API
Added
- The User API endpoint is now available. A Sync user with Admin privileges can view and update Sync users using the User endpoint.
