The CData Connect Admin Console is the web-based interface for configuring CData Connect. Each section of the Admin Console is described in the pages listed below.
- Data Model allows you to add and manage your data sources (connections) and run simple queries against these connections.
- Users allows you to manage the entities which are granted access to specific resources in the SQL or OData endpoints of CData Connect.
- OData allows you to configure the OData endpoint to expose resources in a REST-compatible API. Those resources can then be accessed in any REST or OData-compatible client application.
- Endpoints lists the all the available access points enabled in your instance of Connect, including OData and Virtual SQL Server. You can also find the URL for each access points, along with some examples of how to connect using common client applications and libraries. This menu also enables you to restrict access to specific ranges of IP addresses.
