NetSuite SuiteAnalytics

Prerequisites

Before you can connect to NetSuite SuiteAnalytics, you must set up SuiteAnalytics Connect in your NetSuite account:

  1. Enable the Connect Service feature.

    1. Ensure that your Account Administrator has enabled your Account and Role with the Connect Service feature.

    2. Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features.

    3. Click the Analytics tab and check the SuiteAnalytics Connect box.

  2. Add the SuiteAnalytics Connect permission to an existing Role.

    1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > User Management > Manage Roles.

    2. Click Customize next to the name of the role for which you would like to add the SuiteAnalytics Connect permission.

    3. Click the Setup tab under the Permissions tab.

    4. Add the SuiteAnalytics Connect permission.

    5. Click Add and Save.

  3. Verify the Suite Analytics Connect permissions.

    1. Find the Settings portlet on your home page and click Set Up SuiteAnalytics Connect.

    2. Click Your Configuration to view your service host and account ID information. These settings map directly to Server and Account ID connection properties.

NetSuite SuiteAnalytics コネクタを追加

Sync でNetSuite SuiteAnalytics のデータを使用できるようにするには、まず以下の手順でコネクタを追加する必要があります。

  1. Sync のダッシュボードから接続ページを開きます。

  2. 接続を追加をクリックしてコネクタを選択ページを開きます。

  3. データソースタブをクリックしてNetSuite SuiteAnalytics 行に移動します。

  4. 行末にある接続を設定アイコンをクリックして、新しい接続ページを開きます。この操作により、接続を追加ダイアログボックスが開きます。

    Note：接続を設定アイコンが表示されない場合は、コネクタをダウンロードアイコンをクリックして NetSuite SuiteAnalytics コネクタをインストールしてください。

  5. 接続を追加ダイアログボックスに接続名を入力します。

  6. 追加をクリックして、コネクタの設定タブを開きます。

NetSuite SuiteAnalytics への認証

コネクタを追加したら、必須プロパティを設定する必要があります。

  • Server: Enter the value of Service Host you previously found.

  • Account Id: Enter the value of Account Id you previously found.

  • Role Id: Enter the Role ID you previously updated.

CData Sync supports authenticating to NetSuite SuiteAnalytics in several ways. Select your authentication method below to proceed to the relevant section that contains the authentication details.

Basic

ユーザー資格情報で接続するには、次のプロパティを設定します。

  • Auth Scheme：Basic を選択。

  • User：NetSuite SuiteAnalytics アカウントへの認証に使用するユーザー名を入力。

Token

To connect with a token, set the following properties:

  • Auth Scheme: Select Token.

  • Consumer Key: Enter the consumer key for the integration record. This key string was created when you created the integration record.

  • Consumer Secret: Enter the consumer secret for the integration record. This secret string was created when you created the integration record.

  • Token Key: Enter the token key that should be used to authenticate requests to the data source.

  • Token Secret: Enter the token secret that should be used to authenticate requests to the data source.

Complete Your Connection

To complete your connection:

  1. 高度な設定タブで接続の高度な設定を定義します。（ただし、ほとんどの場合これらの設定は必要ありません。）

  2. 作成およびテストをクリックして接続を作成します。
