OpenShifts

Calculates the cost and hours for a proposed open shift - a hypothetical cost calculator, not a browse of existing open shifts. You supply a proposed pay rule, wage rate, and shift segment (start/end time, segment type, work rule); the shift/segment IDs do not need to correspond to real records. There is no way to list actual posted open shifts.
