LaborLevelEntries

The org's defined labor categories and their entries (e.g. Department, Job, Cost Center trees) - not employee-specific. Single-record retrieval by LaborCategoryEntryId; the bare list returns an empty array, so LaborCategoryEntryId is effectively required.
