CallBackDestination
The RFC destination configured in SAP SM59 that routes streaming table data to the JCo callback server.
Data Type
string
Default Value
""
Remarks
Ask your SAP administrator to create or identify an RFC destination in SAP transaction SM59. Under TCP/IP Connections, the destination must use connection type T and the Registered Server Program activation type.
Set this property to the RFC destination name. Set CallBackProgramID to the Program ID in the destination's technical settings. The destination name is not the Program ID and is not a local configuration-file destination specified by Destination.
This property is required when ReadMode is set to stream and the connection uses the SAP Java Connector (JCo). It is ignored for paged reads and streaming reads that use a native RFC library.
Do not set this property to BACK; JCo streaming rejects this value regardless of letter case or surrounding whitespace.
The destination's Gateway Host and Gateway Service must match the gateway used by the callback server. See GatewayHost and GatewayService for these settings and their defaults.
Use a separate RFC destination and Program ID for each concurrent connection. Sharing this configuration across concurrent connections can route callbacks to another client.
