Returns the API keys for an organization's settings.

When OrganizationUuid is omitted, the add-in uses the OrganizationUUID connection property or the first row returned by Organizations.
The add-in uses the Claude Compliance API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following column and operator server-side. The rest of the filter, including sorting, grouping, and offsets, is processed client-side within the add-in.
