Returns all enterprise organizations linked to the authenticated parent organization.

The API does not provide an organization-name filter. The add-in evaluates WHERE predicates on other columns client-side.
The API processes the following filters server-side. The add-in processes other filters, sorting, grouping, and offsets after retrieval.
