Retrieve the available email templates for an order.

Select
WooCommerce allows only a small subset of columns to be used in the WHERE clause of a SELECT query. Following columns are supported server side, all other columns are processed client side.
- OrderId supports the '=' operator.
OrderId limits the results to email templates available for the specified order.
SELECT * FROM GetAvailableEmailTemplates WHERE OrderId = '723'
