PickListAttributeMetaData
Holds metadata for attributes of type Picklist, describing the single-option selection fields in the system.

The server will use the Microsoft Dataverse API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following column and operator. The rest of the filter is executed client side within the server.
- TableName supports '=','IN' operators.
Note that without filtering on TableName, the server returns the results for the first table found.
For example, the following queries are processed server side:
