GetOAuthAuthorizationURL

Gets the authorization URL, which must be opened separately by the user to grant access to your application. Only needed when developing Web apps. You will request the OAuthAccessToken from this URL.

Input

Name Type Required Description
CallbackUrl String False The URL the user will be redirected to after authorizing your application. Set this to the endpoint you would like Trello to return information to ex. a localhost callback such as http://localhost:33333.
Scopes String False A comma-separated list of scopes to request from the user. Please check the Trello API documentation for a list of available permissions.

The default value is read,write,account.

State String False Indicates any state which may be useful to your application upon receipt of the response. Your application receives the same value it sent, as this parameter makes a round-trip to the Trello authorization server and back. Uses include redirecting the user to the correct resource in your site, nonces, and cross-site-request-forgery mitigations.
Name String False Indicates the name of the Trello application which will be shown on the browser pop-up.

The default value is CData Trello Connector.

Result Set Columns

Name Type Description
URL String The authorization URL, entered into a Web browser to obtain the verifier token and authorize your app.
AuthToken String A token used as input for the GetOAuthAccessToken stored procedure to verify the request and get the OAuth Access Token.
AuthKey String A key used as input for the GetOAuthAccessToken stored procedure to verify the request and get the OAuth Access Token.
Verifier String The verifier token returned by Trello after using the URL obtained with GetOAuthAuthorizationURL. Returned for Web AuthMode only.
