DownloadMessageAttachment
Download a message attachment file.
Input

| MessageId | String | False | Message Id to download all the attachments in the Message. |
| DownloadLocation | String | False | Download location. This is required when MessageId is specified. |
| Encoding | String | False | The FileData input encoding type.
