Get a list of published editorial articles for a given region. Translations are provided when available; otherwise the default language is English.

SELECT
The component uses the Pinterest API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators. Any remaining filters are processed client-side within the component.
Region is a required column to query this view.
