SavePin
Save a Pin to a board or board section owned by the operation user account.
Stored Procedure Specific Information
Pinterest allows only a small subset of columns to be used in the EXECUTE query. These columns can typically only be used with the = comparison.
The SavePin stored procedure requires either BoardId or BoardSectionId to be specified.
