Get a set of customer lists including id and name based on the filters provided. Customer lists are a type of audience.

The add-in uses the Pinterest API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following column and operator. The rest of the filter is executed client-side within the add-in.
- AdAccountID supports the '=' operator.
- ID supports the '=' operator.
- Order supports the '=' operator.

Pseudo-Columns
