Retrieves a list of the user's items from the specified cloud storage provider.

The add-in will use the DocuSign API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following column and operator. The rest of the filter is executed client side within the add-in.
- FolderId supports the '='.
- UserId supports the '='.
- Serviceid supports the '='.
For example, the following query is processed server side:
select * from CLOUDSTORAGE where UserId='6de49590-65cf-41d4-ac62-399bd97dc1b3' and serviceid='10834292' and folderid='722ad244-59a0-4e30-99a8-45561090b784'
