Remarks

The driver only routes HTTP traffic through the ProxyServer port specified in this connection property when ProxyAutoDetect is set to False.

If ProxyAutoDetect is set to True (the default), the driver instead routes HTTP traffic through the proxy server port specified in your system proxy settings.
