ProductTaxProperties
Retrieves and manages tax properties associated with products.

The add-in uses the BigCommerce API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators:
- ProductId supports the = and IN comparisons.
The rest of the filter is executed client-side within the add-in.
For example, the following queries are processed server-side:

Insert
ProductTaxProperties only supports an upsert-style write: inserting a product that does not yet have tax properties creates the association, while inserting a product that already has tax properties updates it. TaxProperties must be a JSON-formatted object of key-value pairs.
