Returns a list of catalog items that have inventory tracked, along with their identifying information.

The add-in uses the BigCommerce API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators:
- Sku supports the = and IN comparisons.
- VariantId supports the = and IN comparisons.
- ProductId supports the = and IN comparisons.
The rest of the filter is executed client-side within the add-in.
For example, the following query is processed server-side:
SELECT * FROM InventoryItems WHERE Sku = 'SKU-1'
