The AttributeCategories view does not push any filters to the Talkdesk API. The add-in retrieves the full result set from the endpoint and applies any WHERE clause conditions client-side.

For example, the following query filters results client-side:

SELECT * FROM AttributeCategories WHERE Name = 'myCategory'

The add-in pushes the ORDER BY clause to the Talkdesk API for the following column:

• Name supports the following sort directions: ASC, DESC.

For example, the following query is sorted server-side:

SELECT * FROM AttributeCategories ORDER BY Name ASC

Sorting on any other column is performed client-side within the add-in.
