MaxBatchReportJobs
Specifies how many report jobs Talkdesk creates at a time when a report query spans more than 31 days.
Data Type
int
Default Value
5
Remarks
The Talkdesk reporting API limits each report job to a maximum 31-day window. When you query a report table over a wider date range using the TimespanFrom and TimespanTo filters, the range is automatically divided into slices of 31 days or fewer, and one report job is created for each slice.
This property controls how many of those report jobs are created per batch. The jobs in a batch are created together, so Talkdesk generates them on the server side at the same time, but the component consumes and downloads them strictly in order, one at a time; once a batch is fully consumed, the next batch is created. A higher value reduces the time spent waiting for reports when querying large date ranges, because more slices are generating on the server while earlier ones are being downloaded, at the cost of more outstanding report jobs in your Talkdesk account at once. The slices are always downloaded and returned in order, regardless of this setting.
The minimum value is 1, which creates and consumes report jobs one at a time. The default is 5.
