Query call quality metrics from the previous 30 days via the Guardian API.

The connector uses the Talkdesk API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators. The rest of the filter is executed client-side within the connector.

For example, the following query is processed server-side:

SELECT * FROM GuardianCallsQuality WHERE CallId = 'value'

The connector pushes the ORDER BY clause to the Talkdesk API for the following columns. Sorting on any other column is performed client-side within the connector.

  • Timestamp supports the following sort directions: ASC, DESC.

For example, the following query is sorted server-side:

SELECT * FROM GuardianCallsQuality ORDER BY Timestamp ASC

MosAvg Double The average Mean Opinion Score (MOS) during the call.
MosMax Double The maximum Mean Opinion Score (MOS) during the call.
MosMin Double The minimum Mean Opinion Score (MOS) during the call.
RttAvg Double The average round-trip time (RTT) in ms.
RttMax Double The maximum round-trip time (RTT) in ms.
RttMin Double The minimum round-trip time (RTT) in ms.
