Creates a new S3 bucket in the configured AWS region.

Stored Procedure-Specific Information

This procedure creates a bucket and is equivalent to an INSERT on the Buckets table. Set BucketRegion to create the bucket in a specific AWS region; when you omit it, the driver creates the bucket in the region resolved from the connection. You can also set the initial access with a canned ACL (the ACL input) or the individual grant inputs, control ownership with ObjectOwnership, and require a specific owner account with ExpectedBucketOwner.

The following example creates a bucket in a specific region:

ExpectedBucketOwner	String	False	The AWS account ID expected to own the bucket. The request fails if the actual owner does not match.
