DownloadFileStagingItem
Download a file from the Vault file staging area to a local path or output stream.
Input

| Path | String | True | False | The full path of the file to download in the file staging area, for example '/myfolder/report.pdf'. |
| DownloadLocation | String | False | False | The local path to save the downloaded file to, for example 'C:\\Users\\Public\\report.pdf'. Either DownloadLocation or FileStream must be specified. |
| FileStream | String | False | True | An instance of an output stream where file data is written to. Only used if DownloadLocation is not provided. |
