Provides a consolidated view of system-level configurations and metadata relevant to Veeva Vault environments, including platform setup, integration statuses, and system dependencies.
Columns
| Name | Type | Description |
| ID | String | Unique system identifier assigned by Veeva Vault. This is used internally to track system records across the platform. |
| Name | String | The official name of the system as registered within Veeva Vault. This name is typically recognizable by business users. |
| Status | String | Current operational state of the system, such as Active, Inactive, or Deprecated, indicating its availability for use. |
| CreatedBy | String | Username or user ID of the person who initially created the system record in Veeva Vault. |
| CreatedDate | Datetime | Timestamp indicating when the system record was first created. This is useful for auditing and lifecycle tracking. |
| LastModifiedBy | String | Username or user ID of the person who most recently updated the system record. |
| LastModifiedDate | Datetime | Timestamp indicating the last time any updates were made to the system record. |
| CiId | String | Configuration Item ID linking the system to an entry in a Configuration Management Database (CMDB), if integrated. |
