Remarks

The driver reads messages from Apache Kafka in batches and stores them in memory before returning rows to the result set. Only the first row of each batch requires a network request while subsequent rows are returned directly from the in-memory buffer.

This property controls the maximum number of rows the driver holds in this buffer at one time. Higher values reduce how often the driver must request new data, while lower values reduce memory usage.
