DateTimeFormat Parameter (Connect-CSV Cmdlet)
This setting specifies in which format the datetime values will be written to for CSV files.

Remarks
The format should follow a specified pattern:
- G - Era designator.
- y - Year.
- M - Month in year.
- w - Results in week in year.
- W - Results in week in month.
- D - Gives the day count in the year.
- d - Day of the month.
- F - Day of the week in month.
- E - Day name in the week.
- u - Day number of week where 1 represent Monday, 2 Tuesday and so on.
- a - AM or PM marker.
- H - Hour in the day (0-23).
- h - Hour in am/pm for 12 hour format (1-12).
- K - Hour in am/pm for 12 hour format (0-11).
- k - Hour in the day (1-24).
- m - Minute in the hour.
- s - Second in the minute.
- S - Millisecond in the minute.
- z - Timezone.
- Z - Timezone offset in hours (RFC pattern).
- X - Timezone offset in ISO format.
