Handles QuickBooks To-Do entries, supporting creation, updates, deletion, and queries for task management.

Select

The following filters support server-side execution. Other filters are executed client-side.

QuickBooks allows only a small subset of columns to be used in the WHERE clause of a SELECT query. These columns can typically be used with only the equals or = comparison. The available column for ToDo is Id. All other filters are executed client-side. For example:

SELECT * FROM ToDo WHERE Id = '80000001-1234567890'

Insert

To insert a ToDo entry, specify the Notes field. For example:

INSERT INTO ToDo (Notes, IsDone) VALUES ('Follow up with customer', false)

Update

To update a ToDo entry, specify the Id and the fields to update. For example:

UPDATE ToDo SET IsDone = true WHERE ID = '80000001-1234567890'

Delete

ToDo entries may be deleted using the Id. For example:

DELETE FROM ToDo WHERE ID = '80000001-1234567890'

Type	String	True			The type of this To-Do entry, such as Call, Meeting, or Task. Requires QBXML Version 13.0 or higher.
Priority	String	True			The priority level of this To-Do entry, such as High, Medium, or Low. Requires QBXML Version 13.0 or higher.
IsDone	Boolean	False			Indicates whether this To-Do entry has been marked as complete. True if completed, false otherwise.
ReminderDate	Datetime	True			The date for the reminder associated with this To-Do entry, formatted as YYYY-MM-DD.
ReminderTime	String	True			The time for the reminder associated with this To-Do entry, formatted as HH:MM. Requires QBXML Version 13.0 or higher.
EditSequence	String	True		16	A string used for versioning to track updates to this To-Do entry.
TimeCreated	Datetime	True			The date and time when this To-Do entry was initially created in QuickBooks.
TimeModified	Datetime	True			The date and time when this To-Do entry was last modified in QuickBooks.
