The following filters support server-side execution. Other filters are executed client-side.

QuickBooks allows only a small subset of columns to be used in the WHERE clause of a SELECT query. These columns can only be used with the equals or = comparison. The available columns for SalesReps are Id, TimeModified, Initial, and IsActive. TimeModified may be used with the >, >=, <, <=, or = conditions and may be used twice to specify a range. Name may be used with the = or LIKE conditions to establish a starts-with, ends-with, or contains syntax. For example:

SELECT * FROM SalesReps WHERE TimeModified > '1/1/2011' AND TimeModified < '2/1/2011' AND Initial LIKE '%12345%'

Insert

To insert a SalesRep, specify the Initial column and an existing SalesRepEntityRef. The SalesRepEntityRef can be taken from an existing entity (Employee, Vendor, or OtherName).

SalesRepEntityRef_ListId	String	False		255	The unique identifier of the sales representative from the employee, vendor, or other-name list in QuickBooks. When adding or updating, you can provide this field or SalesRepEntityRef_FullName, but not both.
EditSequence	String	True		16	A versioning string that updates whenever changes are made to the sales representative's record, ensuring accurate modification tracking.
TimeCreated	Datetime	True			The date and time when this sales representative record was originally created in QuickBooks.
TimeModified	Datetime	True			The date and time when this sales representative record was last updated in QuickBooks.

Pseudo-Columns

Pseudo Column fields are used in the WHERE clause of SELECT statements and offer a more granular control over the tuples that are returned from the data source.
