GetOAuthAuthorizationURL
Gets the URL, AuthToken, and AuthKey from Intuit. Access the URL returned in the output in an Internet browser. This request returns a verifier token that you will need to use as input along with the AuthToken and AuthKey for GetOAuthAccessToken.
