When processing a query, instead of requesting all of the queried data at once from Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the server can request the queried data in pieces called pages.

This connection property determines the maximum number of results that the server requests per page.

Note that setting large page sizes may improve overall query execution time, but doing so causes the server to use more memory when executing queries and risks triggering a timeout.
