IMAP への接続

接続の確立 は、CData Cloud にデータベースを作成するためのIMAP への認証方法と必要な接続プロパティの設定方法について示します。

CData Cloud サービスからデータにアクセス

利用可能な標準サービスを経由してIMAP からデータにアクセスする方法と、CData Cloud の管理については、CData Cloud ドキュメント で詳しく説明します。

Database タブで対応するアイコンを選択して、IMAP に接続します。必須プロパティはSettings にリストされています。Advanced タブには、通常は必要ない接続プロパティが表示されます。

Authentication セクションのUser プロパティとPassword プロパティに、有効な認証情報を設定する必要があります。E メールを取得するには、Server を指定する必要があります。E メールを送信するにはSMTPServer を指定する必要があります。

Deprecation notice for Gmail users

From May 30, 2022, Google no longer supports the use of third-party apps or devices which ask you to sign in to your Google Account using only your username and password. There are alternatives that allow your continued use of our Email drivers to connect to your Google account, which is why Gmail-specific columns, pseudo-columns, and stored procedures are only getting deprecated. We recommend you move to our Gmail drivers that offer more secure methods of authentication.

SSL 設定のカスタマイズ

To enable TLS, set SSLMode to AUTO, IMPLICIT, or EXPLICIT. See this connection property's page (Connection String Options > Authentication > SSLMode) for more information about how each SSL mode works.

Firewall またはProxy 経由の接続

HTTP プロキシ

HTTP プロキシへの認証には、以下のように設定します。

• ProxyServer：HTTP トラフィックをルートするプロキシサーバーのホストネームもしくはIP アドレス。
• ProxyPort：プロキシサーバーが起動しているTCP ポート。
• ProxyAuthScheme：プロキシサーバーに対して認証する際にCloud が使用する認証方法。
• ProxyUser：プロキシサーバーに登録されているユーザーアカウントのユーザー名。
• ProxyPassword：ProxyUser に紐付けられたパスワード。

その他のプロキシ

次のプロパティを設定します。

• プロキシベースのファイヤーウォールを使用するには、FirewallType、FirewallServer、およびFirewallPort を設定します。
• 接続をトンネルするには、FirewallType をTUNNEL に設定します。
• 認証するには、FirewallUser とFirewallPassword を設定します。
• SOCKS プロキシへの認証には、さらにFirewallType をSOCKS5 に設定します。

CData Cloud では、次のRFC で定義されたIMAP、POP、およびSMTP 向けの標準メールプロトコルを使ってメールサーバーへのアクセスを可能にします：

IMAPでは、Cloud は、RFC 1730 およびRFC 2060 で指定された標準IMAP クライアントとして実装されます。

POPでは、Cloud は、RFC 1725 で指定された標準POP3 クライアントとして実装されます。

SMTPでは、Cloud は、RFC 821 で指定された標準SMTP クライアントとして実装されます。

IMAP 固有の情報

E メールアドレスフィールドは、E メールアドレスとして次のフォーマットを受け付けます：

• "Friendly Name" <[email protected]>
• [email protected]

SELECT

E メールが新しいものから古いものの順でリストされます。デフォルトで、複数のメッセージをリストする場合には、MessageBody およびHeader は返されません。

Note：デフォルトで返されるメッセージの最大数は100 です。これは、LIMIT もしくはMaxItems を使用して変更できます。メールボックス内のすべてのメールを返したい場合には、0 もしくは-1 を設定してください。

メールメッセージをリスト

特定のメールボックス内のメッセージをリストするには、メールボックスをテーブルとして指定します。これは新しいメッセージからリストします。

別の方法として、リストするメッセージId の範囲を指定することができます。これには次の形式が含まれます：

WHERE Id='10' //For returning only the message with an Id of 10.
WHERE Id BETWEEN 10 AND 20 //For returning all messages from 10 to 20.
WHERE Id IN (1,3,5) //For returning messages 1, 3, 5.

E メールを検索する：

メールを検索するには、次のカラムについてWHERE 句にて指定をします：To、From、BCC、CC、Subject、MessageBody、Flags、Labels、Size、またはDate。 これは複雑なステートメントを含むことができます。次に例を示します。

CONTAINS 関数には、UI の検索バーのように完全な単語（例えば、Tes ではなくTest）が必要であることに注意してください。 次に例を示します。

SELECT * FROM [Inbox] WHERE CONTAINS(MessageBody, "Test") AND ([From] = [email protected] OR [From] = [email protected]) AND Date>'1-1-2012'

これはメッセージbody に'Test' というテキストを含み、送信者が[email protected] もしくは[email protected] であるすべてのメッセージを返します。

標準カラムでの検索に加えて、添付ファイル名での検索および添付ファイルがあるかどうかでの検索も可能です。次に例を示します。

複雑なWHERE 句では、括弧の使用もサポートされています。

上記の検索クライテリアの作成方法の別の方法として、SearchCriteria 疑似カラムを使うこともできます。これは、RFC で指定されたあらゆる有効なIMAP 検索クライテリアを受け付けます。

UPDATE

E メールをあるメールボックスから他のメールボックスに移動させる場合、SET 句でメールボックスを指定し、WHERE 句でID を指定します。次に例を示します。

UPDATE [Inbox] SET Mailbox='NewMailboxName' WHERE Id='MessageId'

Id はメッセージ番号、':' で区切られた2つのメッセージ番号の範囲（e.g. "1:5"）、および/または',' で区切られた個別のメッセージ番号（e.g. "1:5,7,10"）を含むことができます。

E メールをあるメールボックスから他のメールボックスに移動させる場合、追加の更新を同時に指定することはできません。

補足

デフォルトで返されるページごとのメッセージの最大数は25です。ItemsPerPage 疑似カラムを設定することで変更が可能です。

POP 固有の情報

補足

CData Cloud は、IMAP エンティティをリレーショナルテーブルおよびストアドプロシージャにモデル化します。

テーブル

Tables では、メールボックスをテーブルとしてクエリする方法を説明します。Cloud は、ランタイムで使用可能なメールボックスを検出します。

ストアドプロシージャ

ストアドプロシージャ は、データソースのファンクションライクなインターフェースです。これらを使用して、データソース内の情報を検索、更新、および変更できます。

Cloud はIMAP のデータを、標準のSQL ステートメントを使用してクエリできるリレーショナルデータベースのテーブルのリストとしてモデル化します。

AttachmentFolder	String	Folder to download attachments to. If this is set, the AttachmentData column will not contain data: The data will be written to files.
EMLFolder	String	Folder to download the complete MIME message, which is saved as an EML file. If multiple messages are selected, subfolders will be created for each message.
Overwrite	String	Whether or not to overwrite attachments and EML files. The default value is FALSE.
IsHTML	String	Whether the email is HTML or plain text. The default value is TRUE.
Importance	String	Importance of the mail message. The allowed values are UNSPECIFIED, LOW, NORMAL, HIGH. The default value is UNSPECIFIED.
Priority	String	Priority of the mail message. The allowed values are UNSPECIFIED, NONURGENT, URGENT, NORMAL. The default value is UNSPECIFIED.
Sensitivity	String	Sensitivity of the mail message. The allowed values are UNSPECIFIED, PERSONAL, PRIVATE, COMPANYCONFIDENTIAL. The default value is UNSPECIFIED.
DeliveryNotification	String	Email address to send a delivery notification to.
ReadReceipt	String	Email address to send a read receipt to.
ShowLabels	String	Whether to show labels or not. The EmailService connection property must be set to Gmail. The default value is TRUE.
ShowThreadId	String	Whether to show the thread Id or not. The EmailService connection property must be set to Gmail. The default value is TRUE.
ShowMsgId	String	Whether to show the Msg Id or not. The EmailService connection property must be set to either Gmail or Outlook. The default value is TRUE.

b) Subject to the terms of this Agreement, each Contributor hereby grants Recipient a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free patent license under Licensed Patents to make, use, sell, offer to sell, import and otherwise transfer the Contribution of such Contributor, if any, in source code and object code form. This patent license shall apply to the combination of the Contribution and the Program if, at the time the Contribution is added by the Contributor, such addition of the Contribution causes such combination to be covered by the Licensed Patents. The patent license shall not apply to any other combinations which include the Contribution. No hardware per se is licensed hereunder.

c) Recipient understands that although each Contributor grants the licenses to its Contributions set forth herein, no assurances are provided by any Contributor that the Program does not infringe the patent or other intellectual property rights of any other entity. 3. REQUIREMENTS

A Contributor may choose to distribute the Program in object code form under its own license agreement, provided that:

a) it complies with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and

b) its license agreement:

i) effectively disclaims on behalf of all Contributors all warranties and conditions, express and implied, including warranties or conditions of title and non-infringement, and implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose;

ii) effectively excludes on behalf of all Contributors all liability for damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental and consequential damages, such as lost profits;

iii) states that any provisions which differ from this Agreement are offered by that Contributor alone and not by any other party; and

iv) states that source code for the Program is available from such Contributor, and informs licensees how to obtain it in a reasonable manner on or through a medium customarily used for software exchange.

When the Program is made available in source code form:

a) it must be made available under this Agreement; and

b) a copy of this Agreement must be included with each copy of the Program.

Contributors may not remove or alter any copyright notices contained within the Program.

Each Contributor must identify itself as the originator of its Contribution, if any, in a manner that reasonably allows subsequent Recipients to identify the originator of the Contribution.

4. COMMERCIAL DISTRIBUTION

Commercial distributors of software may accept certain responsibilities with respect to end users, business partners and the like. Each Recipient is solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of using and distributing the Program and assumes all risks associated with its exercise of rights under this Agreement, including but not limited to the risks and costs of program errors, compliance with applicable laws, damage to or loss of data, programs or equipment, and unavailability or interruption of operations.

6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

7. GENERAL

If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the terms of this Agreement, and without further action by the parties hereto, such provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision valid and enforceable.

If Recipient institutes patent litigation against a Contributor with respect to a patent applicable to software (including a cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit), then any patent licenses granted by that Contributor to such Recipient under this Agreement shall terminate as of the date such litigation is filed. In addition, if Recipient institutes patent litigation against any entity (including a cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Program itself (excluding combinations of the Program with other software or hardware) infringes such Recipient's patent(s), then such Recipient's rights granted under Section 2(b) shall terminate as of the date such litigation is filed.

All Recipient's rights under this Agreement shall terminate if it fails to comply with any of the material terms or conditions of this Agreement and does not cure such failure in a reasonable period of time after becoming aware of such noncompliance. If all Recipient's rights under this Agreement terminate, Recipient agrees to cease use and distribution of the Program as soon as reasonably practicable. However, Recipient's obligations under this Agreement and any licenses granted by Recipient relating to the Program shall continue and survive.

Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute copies of this Agreement, but in order to avoid inconsistency the Agreement is copyrighted and may only be modified in the following manner. The Agreement Steward reserves the right to publish new versions (including revisions) of this Agreement from time to time. No one other than the Agreement Steward has the right to modify this Agreement. IBM is the initial Agreement Steward. IBM may assign the responsibility to serve as the Agreement Steward to a suitable separate entity. Each new version of the Agreement will be given a distinguishing version number. The Program (including Contributions) may always be distributed subject to the version of the Agreement under which it was received. In addition, after a new version of the Agreement is published, Contributor may elect to distribute the Program (including its Contributions) under the new version. Except as expressly stated in Sections 2(a) and 2(b) above, Recipient receives no rights or licenses to the intellectual property of any Contributor under this Agreement, whether expressly, by implication, estoppel or otherwise. All rights in the Program not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York and the intellectual property laws of the United States of America. No party to this Agreement will bring a legal action under this Agreement more than one year after the cause of action arose. Each party waives its rights to a jury trial in any resulting litigation.
