GetSAPCSRFToken
Returns a CSRF token and cookie for authentication to SAP.
Input

| URL | String | The base URL of the SAP OData service. |
| TokenHeader | String | The name of the HTTP header for the SAP CSRF token.
The default value is x-csrf-token. |
Result Set Columns
