Tasklists

Gets all the task lists in the given project.

Select

  • Id supports '=' operator
  • Name supports '=,!=,CONTAINS' operators
  • Status supports '=' operator
  • Flag supports '=,!=' operators
  • ViewId supports '=' operator

  • Columns that support server-side ORDER BY: Id, Flag, CreatedTime, LastUpdatedTime
For example, the following query is processed server side: 
SELECT * FROM Tasklists WHERE Name = 'TL-02' AND Status = 'completed' AND Flag = 'internal'

Insert

To create a new Tasklist you can specify the following fields:

  • Name
  • MilestoneId
  • Tags
  • Status
  • Flag


INSERT INTO Tasklists (name, flag, Status)
VALUES ('New Tasklist #2', 'internal', 'active')

Update

To update a Tasklist specify the Id field. 

UPDATE Tasklists SET Name = 'SQL Updated tasklist #7' WHERE Id = '123456000000041033'

Delete

Tasklists can be deleted by providing the Id and issuing a DELETE statement. 

DELETE FROM Tasklists WHERE Id = '123456000000041033'

The allowed values are active, completed.

Flag indicating the type of task list.

Source through which the task list was created.

LastUpdatedTime Datetime True

Timestamp indicating when the task list was last updated.

Identifier of the project.

Name of the project.

Identifier of the phase associated with the task list.

Name of the phase.

MilestoneSequence Integer True

Order of the task list within the phase.

Order of the task list within the project.

Zoho user ID of the creator.

Portal-specific user ID of the creator.

Indicates whether the task list contains comments.

Indicates whether the task list is marked as completed.

Indicates whether the task list is a general task list.

Indicates whether the task list is not associated with any phase.

IsRolled Boolean True

Indicates whether the task list has been rolled over.

ViewId Long True

Identifier of a custom view to filter task lists.
