Connecting to Sybase

Python Version Support

The CData Python Connector for Sybase can be installed and used in various Python 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, and 3.11 distributions.

Sybase Version Support

The connector enables connectivity to Sybase Database (SAP Adaptive Server) through the TDS protocol. ASE Versions 12, 15, and 16 are supported. Connecting to Sybase SQL Anywhere or Sybase IQ are not supported in this connector.
