Returns a list of inbound shipments based on criteria that you specify.

The add-in will use the Amazon Marketplace API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators. The rest of the filter is executed client side within the add-in.
- ShipmentId supports the '=' and 'IN' comparisons.
- ShipmentStatus supports the '='and 'IN' comparisons.
- MarketplaceId supports the '=' comparison.
- LastUpdatedDate supports the '=', '<', '>', '<=', '>=' comparisons.
