Attach a file to a record.
Input

| TopLevelEntity | String | The name of the entity for which you are going to attach a file. |
| KeyValues | String | A comma-separated list of values for the key fields of the record to which you are going to attach a file. You should provide the number and order of key fields as they are defined on the corresponding Acumatica ERP form. |
| LocalFile | String | The local file path including the file name of the file to be attached. |
| FileName | String | The name of the file that you are going to attach with the extension. |
