Retrieve the alert (reminder) configured for a document.

| UpdatedAt | Datetime | The date and time the alert was last updated. |
| Status | Boolean | Whether the alert was retrieved successfully. |
| ErrorMessage | String | The error that occurred, when the alert could not be retrieved. |
