CreateSchema

Creates a schema file for the specified table or view.

Stored Procedure-Specific Information

Required input: TableName. Optional inputs: FileName, FileStream, and WriteToFile. It returns Result and, when no output path or stream is supplied, base64-encoded FileData.

To execute this procedure, enter:

	EXEC CreateSchema TableName = 'Chats';
	EXEC CreateSchema TableName = 'Chats', FileName = 'C:/Schemas/Chats.rsd';
	EXEC CreateSchema TableName = 'Chats', FileName = 'C:\\Schemas\\Chats.rsd';

Input

Name Type Required Description
TableName String True The name of a provider table or view to reflect. Obtain available names from the provider metadata, for example sys_tables. Example: Chats
FileName String False The full file path and name of the schema to generate. Example: SimpleTable.rsd
WriteToFile String False Whether to write the contents of this stored procedure to a file or not (Default = true) needs to be set to false to output FileStream of FileData

Result Set Columns

Name Type Description
Result String Returns Success or Failure.
FileData String File data that will be outputted encoded in Base64 if the FileName and FileStream inputs are not set.
