Returns the users belonging to a given organization.

When OrganizationUuid is omitted, the connector uses the OrganizationUUID connection property or the first row returned by Organizations.
The connector uses the Claude Compliance API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following column and operator server-side. The rest of the filter, including sorting, grouping, and offsets, is processed client-side within the connector.
