Returns all enterprise organizations linked to the authenticated parent organization.

The API does not provide an organization-name filter. The driver evaluates WHERE predicates on other columns client-side.
The API processes the following filters server-side. The driver processes other filters, sorting, grouping, and offsets after retrieval.
