Tableau Connector for Linear

Build 26.0.9776

ReleaseStage

All release stages in the workspace, with optional filtering.

Table-Specific Information

SELECT

The connector uses the Linear API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators. The rest of the filter is executed client-side within the connector.

ColumnSupported Operators
id=, !=, IN, NOT IN
createdAt=, !=, IN, NOT IN, <, <=, >, >=
updatedAt=, !=, IN, NOT IN, <, <=, >, >=
name=, !=, IN, NOT IN, LIKE, CONTAINS
type=, !=, IN, NOT IN, IS, IS NOT

For example, the following queries are processed server-side:

SELECT * FROM ReleaseStage LIMIT 1
SELECT * FROM ReleaseStage WHERE createdAt = '2026-01-01T00:00:00Z' LIMIT 1

INSERT

To insert a ReleaseStage record:
INSERT INTO ReleaseStage (name, color, type, pipelineId, position, frozen) VALUES ('QA Testing', '#f2994a', 'testing', '921cb6bf-d5b6-44bb-9c6b-217b97dd27a2', 2, false)

UPDATE

To update a ReleaseStage record:
UPDATE ReleaseStage SET name = 'QA Sign-Off' WHERE id = 'e9e975c3-bc37-4fdc-a737-269866061c3e'

Columns

Name Type ReadOnly Description
id [KEY] String False

The unique identifier of the entity.

createdAt Datetime True

The time at which the entity was created.

updatedAt Datetime True

The last time at which the entity was meaningfully updated. This is the same as the creation time if the entity hasn't been updated after creation.

archivedAt Datetime True

The time at which the entity was archived. Null if the entity has not been archived.

name String False

The name of the stage.

color String False

The display color of the stage as a HEX string (e.g., '#0f783c'), used for visual representation in the UI.

type String False

The lifecycle type of the stage (planned, started, completed, or canceled). The type determines what lifecycle timestamps are set on a release when it enters this stage.

position Double False

The position of the stage within its pipeline, used for ordering stages in the UI. Lower values appear first.

frozen Bool False

Whether this stage is frozen. Only applicable to started-type stages. When a stage is frozen, automated release syncs will not target releases in this stage, and new issues will not be automatically added. At least one started stage in the pipeline must remain non-frozen.

pipelineId String False

The release pipeline that this stage belongs to. A stage always belongs to exactly one pipeline.
