All customer statuses defined in the workspace.

SELECT

Retrieve Linear CustomerStatus records:
SELECT * FROM CustomerStatus LIMIT 1

INSERT

To insert a CustomerStatus record:
INSERT INTO CustomerStatus (color, name, description) VALUES ('#000000', 'sample', 'sample')

UPDATE

To update a CustomerStatus record:
UPDATE CustomerStatus SET name = 'sample' WHERE id = '6e8e507e-adb1-40d9-a33e-1332767e350f'

DELETE

To delete a CustomerStatus record:
DELETE FROM CustomerStatus WHERE id = '6e8e507e-adb1-40d9-a33e-1332767e350f'

The unique identifier of the entity.

createdAt Datetime True

The time at which the entity was created.

updatedAt Datetime True

The last time at which the entity was meaningfully updated. This is the same as the creation time if the entity hasn't been updated after creation.

archivedAt Datetime True

The time at which the entity was archived. Null if the entity has not been archived.

name String False

The internal name of the status. Used as the default display name if no displayName is explicitly set.

color String False

The color of the status indicator in the UI, as a HEX string (e.g., '#ff0000').

description String False

An optional description explaining what this status represents in the customer lifecycle.

position Double False

The sort position of the status in the workspace's customer lifecycle flow. Lower values appear first. Collisions are automatically resolved by redistributing positions.

displayName String False

The user-facing display name of the status shown in the UI. Defaults to the internal name if not explicitly set.
