RefreshOAuthAccessToken
Obtains a new Linear OAuth 2.0 access token from a refresh token, when the cached token has expired. Used with the authorization code flow (AuthScheme=OAuth).

| TokenType | String | The access token type. Linear returns 'Bearer'. |
