All users in the workspace. Supports filtering, sorting, and pagination.

SELECT

The provider uses the Linear API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators. The rest of the filter is executed client-side within the provider.

The unique identifier of the entity.

createdAt Datetime True

The time at which the entity was created.

updatedAt Datetime True

The last time at which the entity was meaningfully updated. This is the same as the creation time if the entity hasn't been updated after creation.

archivedAt Datetime True

The time at which the entity was archived. Null if the entity has not been archived.

name String False

The user's full name.

displayName String False

The user's display (nick) name. Must be unique within the workspace.

email String True

The user's email address.

avatarUrl String False

An URL to the user's avatar image.

disableReason String True

The reason why the user account is disabled. Null if the user is active. Possible values include admin suspension, downgrade, voluntary departure, or pending invite.

calendarHash String True

[DEPRECATED] Hash for the user to be used in calendar URLs.

description String False

A short description of the user, such as their title or a brief bio.

title String False

The user's job title.

statusEmoji String False

The emoji representing the user's current status. Null if no status is set.

statusLabel String False

The text label of the user's current status. Null if no status is set.

statusUntilAt Datetime False

The date and time at which the user's current status should be automatically cleared. Null if the status has no expiration.

timezone String False

The local timezone of the user.

lastSeen Datetime True

The last time the user was seen online. Updated based on user activity. Null if the user has never been seen.

initials String True

The initials of the user.

avatarBackgroundColor String True

The background color of the avatar for users without set avatar.

guest Bool True

Whether the user is a guest in the workspace and limited to accessing a subset of teams.

app Bool True

Whether the user is an app.

isMentionable Bool True

Whether the user is mentionable.

active Bool True

Whether the user account is active or disabled (suspended).

url String True

User's profile URL.

createdIssueCount Int True

Number of issues created.

canAccessAnyPublicTeam Bool True

Whether this user can access any public team in the workspace. True for non-guest members and app users with public team access.

isMe Bool True

Whether the user is the currently authenticated user.

admin Bool True

Whether the user is a workspace administrator. On Free plans, all members are treated as admins.

owner Bool True

Whether the user is a workspace owner, which is the highest permission level.

isAssignable Bool True

Whether the user can be assigned to issues. Regular users are always assignable; app users are assignable only if they have the app:assignable scope. The Linear agent also requires coding sessions to be enabled.

supportsAgentSessions Bool True

Whether this agent user supports agent sessions.

gitHubUserId String True

The user's GitHub user ID.

hasGitHubCodeAccess Bool True

[Internal] Whether this user can access GitHub source code through Linear. True when the workspace has connected GitHub code-access repositories and the user has an active personal GitHub code-access token for the same GitHub host. Always false when queried for a user other than the authenticated viewer.
